Making dream-home wishes come true — the art and delight of sales

Josh Altman from Million Dollar Listing, a television show from Bravo!, says, “Real estate is something I love to do.” He loves everything about real estate – flipping, financing, fixing up, and even the unpredictability of it. His favorite part is getting people their dream home.

About the interviewee

Josh Altman has managed to master every aspect of real estate. Prior to his national exposure on the hit television series “Million Dollar Listing” on Bravo, Josh was a successful property developer by ‘flipping’ for profit properties throughout LA. Simultaneously, Josh was running his own real estate finance company for two years before joining the Hilton and Hyland team. With his well-rounded experience in all areas of the industry, Josh prides himself on being a one-stop-shop for buyers and sellers.

His personable and professional character allows Josh to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why his business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients. Despite his busy schedule, he still finds time to give back to his community. He was a kicker on the Syracuse University football team that won the Big East Championship two years in a row playing in both the Orange Bowl and Fiesta Bowl. After a short stint in NYC, he moved out to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of real estate. Josh has lived in Los Angeles for the past 10 years and currently resides in the Hollywood Hills.
