Exhibitor opportunities

The exhibit hall will be the central hub for the Sage Summit conference, and will capture thousands of customers and partners throughout the conference.

Your company listing will be printed in the Sage Summit Trade Show Guide, the website, the mobile application, a traffic-generating trade show promotion, and more. Your return on investment doesn’t stop there: as an exhibitor you’ll earn priority points that can be used to secure prime sponsor and exhibitor opportunities at future Sage Summit conferences. Please note that priority point registration for previous exhibitors takes place from January 2012 through early April 2012. New exhibitor registration opens mid-April 2012.

The Ultimate Exhibitor Package: $17,850

The Ultimate Exhibitor Package is the only plan that gives your company a whole “island”—your own free-standing area surrounded by four aisles for the greatest flow of traffic into your booth. Strategically positioned to give your company the “ultimate” in visibility, the Ultimate Exhibitor features a 20 x 20 (400 square foot) booth with the distinct advantage of location, location, location! These ultimate exhibit spaces will ensure that your company gets noticed. With thousands of motivated attendees expected at Sage Summit, these very limited opportunities can make a game-changing impact on the companies that secure them.

The Ultimate Exhibitor Package includes:

  • One 20 x 20-foot booth space
  • 2,000-watts electrical
  • 50-word description in the Trade Show Guide
  • 18 priority points to be used to secure prime exhibitor and sponsor opportunities at Sage Summit 2013
  • Four conference passes
  • Additional conference passes are $750 (maximum of four at this discounted rate)

Premium Exhibitor Package: $5,750

The Premium Exhibitor Package gives companies a highly visible way to increase brand and product awareness, demonstrate their latest offerings, engage multiple attendees at once, and maximize exposure to all Sage Summit attendees.

The Premium Package includes:

  • One 10 x 10-foot booth space with pipe and drape
  • One 6-foot skirted high counter
  • Two high stools
  • One 7 x 44-inch standard booth identification sign
  • 500-watts electrical
  • 50-word description in the Trade Show Guide
  • Six priority points to be used to secure prime exhibitor and sponsor opportunities at Sage Summit in 2013
  • Two conference passes
  • Additional conference passes are $750 (maximum of four at this discounted rate)

Each exhibitor can purchase a maximum of three 10 x 10 in-line booth spaces. The first booth space will be sold at regular price the second booth space will be discounted $100; and the third booth space will be discounted $150.

Value Exhibitor Package (Demo Station): $2,200

The Value Exhibitor Package is an attractive option for budget-minded companies that want to conduct simple, one-on-one product demonstrations. There will be a limited number of these packages available.

The Value Package includes:

  • One 6 x 6-foot space with a computer stand
  • One identification sign provided by Sage. Please note that this is a turnkey unit, so additional signage, screens, banners, or other furniture is restricted
  • 500 watts electrical
  • 50-word description in the Trade Show Guide
  • One conference pass
  • Three priority points to be used to secure prime exhibitor and sponsor opportunities at Sage Summit 2013
  • Additional conference passes are $750 (maximum of four at this discounted rate)
