Sage Simply Accounting First Step for National Bank of Canada's PREMIA MasterCard Business Customers

Step 1: Download

  1. Depending on your computer and Web browser you may have options on how to download.
    View your download options now.
  2. This window will remain open so once you have completed your download you can return here to follow remaining steps on how to Activate and Install your product.

Step 2: Install

  1. Go to your desktop and double-click on the file to start the installation.
  2. You may receive a Windows file security warning. Click Run or Continue.
  3. Click Next to extract the file contents.
  4. Select your preferred language for installation and click OK. Then click Install Sage Simply Accounting.
  5. Select your preferred language for Sage Simply Accounting, then click OK
  6. You will be asked "Will you use Sage Simply Accounting on this computer?". Select Yes, then click Next.
  7. Enter your product Serial Number, which is: 102T1U2-1450031
  8. Read the license agreement then click I Agree.
  9. If you use Windows Firewall, you will be asked to have your firewall automatically configured. Click Yes (recommended) then click Next.
  10. If your computer has additional firewall software running, you will be presented with a list of Sage Simply Accounting files which you must allow or unblock for Sage Simply Accounting to run properly. Configure your firewall to allow these files and click Next when ready.
  11. Click Next to install Sage Simply Accounting in the default location.
  12. You will then be asked to select the installation type. Select Typical: Install the most common features (Recommended) then click Next.
  13. Review your installation choices and click Install. If you have questions, visit the installation FAQ page.

Step 3: Register

  1. Register your serial number: 102T1U2-1450031 on Sage Customer Portal

    (Note: If you have previously registered a Sage Simply Accounting trial version, please contact a Customer Service agent to register this serial number using Online Chat.)

  2. Following registration, you will receive a registration confirmation email containing your activation information.

Step 4: Activate

  1. Launch Sage Simply Accounting 2012.
  2. Click on the Activate Now button from the Product Registration screen. Complete all four fields.
    Company Name: Enter your company name as it is shown in your email.
    Serial Number: This field should be already populated. If not, please refer to the email you received from customer service during registration.
    Account ID: This is your 10-digit client identification number. Do not include spaces, dashes, etc.
    Key Code : You will find this in the email you received from customer service during registration.
  3. After completing the activation screen, click OK. Your software has now been successfully activated.
