(June 24, 2013) – Sage North America today announced that Himanshu Palsule, chief technology officer and head of product strategy, will serve on an executive roundtable panel at Mobile Commerce World in San Francisco this week. The three-day conference is designed to help retail and enterprise business and technology executives create the most effective mobile commerce strategy for their company.
“Winning M-Commerce Strategies, Best Practices in Generating Revenues and Wowing the Consumer” will cover the role of mobile in marketing, sales and customer loyalty. The panel, which also includes executives from Appboy, InterContinental Hotels Group and 1-800-FLOWERS, will provide case study-driven examples of how they have leveraged the mobile channel to provide best-in-class solutions while providing exceptional customer service. The session will be moderated by Sheryl Kingstone, director at Yankee Group, and will take place in the Ralston Room of the Palace Hotel on Tuesday, June 25, from 11:10-12 p.m. PT.
