ATLANTA (February 21, 2013) – Sage North America today announced the participation of Senior Product Management Director Rob Houser in the Social Biz Atlanta conference session “Tales in Customer Experience Development,” taking place February 22 in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Georgia Tech Research Institute Conference Center. This free one-day conference offers small and midsized businesses (SMBs) advice on leveraging social business strategies to meet the needs of social media-empowered customers.
