Comprehensive online learning library furthers professional education and development to produce optimized workforce
IRVINE, Calif. (November 13, 2012) – Sage North America today announced the launch of an on-demand world-class training library for organizations and their employees to further professional education and development.
Sage Career Enhancement Training features high-quality online learning from the top content publishers in the industry, including Mindleaders, Skillsoft, Vivid Learning Systems and more. Organizations can choose one of three ways to access the content, depending on their individual needs. The first option provides a broad opportunity for organizations to invest in their employees by offering them access to training that can enhance their careers. Companies pay one flat rate per employee per year and gain unlimited access to the content they need, anytime, anywhere. Courses cover a variety of topics including business skills, HR compliance, desktop solutions, IT certifications and skills, leadership and management, and safety and compliance.
The second option features a course library with training geared toward the needs of the individual employee. It includes access to the HR Essentials Library and the Finance and Accounting Essentials Library. The HR Essentials Library is a well-balanced online catalog of 29 HRCI-certified courses and over 70 other courses that meet the personal needs of HR professionals. The Finance and Accounting Essentials Library is an exclusive and comprehensive collection of courses that help interpret accounting and financial information, designed for business professionals with a nonaccounting and finance background. Users have unlimited access to these libraries for a full year at the individual employee level and can access them from anywhere at any time.
Sage HRMS Learning Management by Cornerstone OnDemand is the third option available. This option allows users to purchase any of the Sage Career Enhancement Training libraries with Sage HRMS Learning Management, a learning management system that provides a single point of access to e-learning delivery, instructor-led training (ILT) administration, virtual classroom sessions, social learning, and content management. Sage HRMS Learning Management helps companies optimize their talent by delivering highly targeted training.
