Sage Construction and Real Estate recognized for significant business achievement
BEAVERTON, OR (April 18, 2012)— Sage North America today announced that Sage Construction and Real Estate was recognized with a Beaverton 4 Business Award by the City of Beaverton. The awards were presented by Mayor Denny Doyle and the Beaverton Chamber of Commerce at the Beaverton City Council meeting last night at City Hall. Jon Witty, vice president and general manager of Sage Construction and Real Estate, accepted the award on behalf of Sage.
Launched in 2009, Beaverton 4 Business is a program conducted in partnership with the Beaverton Chamber of Commerce that publicly recognizes the significant achievements of businesses either headquartered or with operations in Beaverton. The B4B Award is given for a wide range of achievements, including product innovation, company growth, community involvement and industry notoriety. Nominations are open to members of the Beaverton area business community. The awards are then presented quarterly by the Mayor at Beaverton City Council.
“Dynamic businesses create a stronger regional economy, more jobs, support for our schools and a better quality of life in Beaverton,” said Mayor Doyle. “We are proud to recognize the achievements of these businesses that continue to make Beaverton ‘The Best of Oregon’.”
