Chief People Officer
Lisa Codispoti is chief people officer, responsible for all human resources functions at Sage North America. Ms. Codispoti was previously with Outsourcing Solutions, Inc., the leading international provider of outsourced accounts receivables and “credit-to-cash” management, where she served as executive vice president and chief human resources officer, responsible for all aspects of the company’s HR operations, including managing a team of 70 HR professionals.
Prior to working with Outsourcing Solutions, Inc., Ms. Codispoti was a consultant for a number of major firms in the U.S. and Canada. Ms. Codispoti also spent six years with Key Bank and ten years with GE Capital as a leader in both line and staff functions. She has been responsible for whole lines of business, with one assignment including an acquisition integration role in Leeds, England.
Ms. Codispoti holds a B.A. in business from Walsh University, Ohio, and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio.
