Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Loupe has held a number of significant finance positions over the course of his career. He obtained his B.S. in business administration/accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and he also attended the Stanford University Executive Program during a sabbatical leave.
Mr. Loupe began his career with Deloitte and Touche, where he qualified as a CPA. He went on to hold senior financial roles in the corporate sector, including 18 years with Sun Microsystems, Inc., culminating in the position of senior vice president of finance for the company’s technology products.
He was later recruited by CA, Inc. (formerly Computer Associates, Inc.) to head up the audit department as chief audit executive and ensure compliance with certain mandates from the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
His most recent position prior to joining Sage was as senior vice president of finance with XOJET, Inc., a leading provider of global business aviation services.
