We’ve increased the mapping capabilities between Sage Grant Management and Sage 100 Fund Accounting so that you can sync up to 5 segments for more sophisticated integration. In addition, you can now compare budget vs. actual from within any Program or Grant record.
We’ve completely revamped the Grant forms to better suit your needs. You’ll also enjoy new tracking options including:

Create Custom Fields
Sage Grant Management tracks a great deal of information, but we know every organization has unique needs. Beginning in Version 1.8, you can create custom fields—drop-down menus, text fields, numbers, dates, currency, and more- and insert them into any of the following forms: My Organizations, Programs, Grants, Grant Periods, and other Organizations.
Creating Effective Grant Applications
Applications will have a greater impact on funders with better defined success measurement plans, comprehensive item-and financial-based budgets, and a clear depiction of your organization’s or agency’s capabilities. Complete date tracking, reminders, shared documentation, and a common contact list will allow for faster compilation of application components and therefore a higher funding ratio.
Improved Data Security
We know security is important to you, but who can keep track of all the passwords? In Version 1.8, you’ll be prompted to answer security questions, which will be used to make sure you are who you say you are if you forget your password. Another exciting new feature: you can restrict each user’s security access to individual Organizations, Grants and Programs for increased control.
