What are the technical requirements for using Sage Construction Anywhere?

There are two components to a Sage Construction Anywhere installation: the Sage Construction Anywhere Connector installation, and online setup of Sage Construction Anywhere.
The Sage Construction Anywhere Connector software and its required prerequisite software are installed on the same server where the back office is installed, or to a separate computer on the same network that meets the server operating system requirements and prerequisite software installation.

How do I download the Sage Construction Anywhere Time mobile “app” if I have subscribed to the Time service?

A mobile “App” to log and submit employee time worked on a project using an iPhone or iPad is currently available within the Apple App Store. While the App can be downloaded by anyone, it can only be used if you have a Sage Construction Anywhere user name and password and are an active Sage Construction Anywhere subscriber to the Time service. Using the Search feature within the Apple App Store, search for “Sage Construction” to locate and download the App. To add the Time service to your Sage Construction Anywhere subscription, call 1-800-628-6583.

Is our data backed up in case of an emergency?

Yes. The Sage Construction Anywhere data is backed up constantly and written to multiple disks instantly. We can perform full backup recovery in the event of a systemwide emergency.
The Sage Construction Anywhere's hardware is also fully redundant, so even if one server fails, nothing will be lost, and the system will not go down.

Is Sage Construction Anywhere reliable and secure?

I've forgotten my logon info, what do I do?

Go to the Password Reset online form for Sage Construction Anywhere. Enter the email address that you use with Sage Construction Anywhere, answer security questions, and reset your password. An email will be sent to you confirming your password has been changed.
