The real estate market is showing promise

The housing market is slowly starting to turn around, as real estate professionals are seeing more people interested in selling their homes once again.
Americans are also ready to buy homes now. Recent research from Century 21 Real Estate shows about one-third of U.S adults have been searching for a home for nearly a year, while 42 percent have made an offer in the past six months.
"For the last few years, certain homeowners have been hesitant to list their homes due to unfavorable economic conditions," said Rick Davidson, president and CEO, Century 21 Real Estate. "Today, the recovery in housing continues to gain momentum, and with so many buyers in the market who are competing for so few available homes, it is a great time for sellers to speak with a real estate professional about the advantages of listing their home."
Sometimes, for homebuyers, it's about making their bid stand out above the rest. A recent article for Fox Business stated that sellers are going to be selective, and homes don't always go to the highest bidder.
Debbie Rossetto, a real estate agent at ERA Legacy in Fremont, Calif., told the news source that a strong combination of price and terms will make it easier for home sellers to accept the bid of prospective buyers. If buyers are able to make themselves likable, it is easier for people to part with their property.
