Marketing online increases exposure, technological opportunities for realtors

The California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA) recently held its second annual sales and marketing conference in Garden Grove, California. At the event, Real estate agent and Victorian home specialist Bonnie Spindler spoke about the shift in marketing away from traditional print media to online communications.
Spindler emphasized the importance of increasing exposure over the internet. Since most prospective clients can find businesses online by name, publishing press releases, submitting niche articles or blogging can increase public awareness of a company.
"Think of each action you take online as an investment in future visibility," said Spindler. "The more investments you make, the more visible you will be to your target audience."
Murray Robertson of EXIT reality utilizes advanced real estate technology to market his properties. According to NorthJersey.com, he integrates professional quality property photos with a text-to-voice technology, to describe each home in great detail.
Furthermore, the presentations are on approximately 100 real estate-specific search engines, and Robertson utilizes special technology to track the viewers and capture the leads.
"The technology enables us to measure market response and customize the marketing to those who are looking at our listing," he told the news source.
