Most agents and brokers seem to agree that the real estate industry is likely to undergo as many positive changes in the next four years as it has suffered during the previous four, according to The Arizona Republic.
Planon Group - a global integrated workplace management systems corporation based in Braintree, Massachusetts - hopes to facilitate these changes with its Planon Accelerator. The software is an enterprise solution that delivers standard and integrated business processes to industries such as real estate.
"Industry-leading organizations have long understood that effectively managing your real estate and facilities assets can save you very large sums of money while drastically reducing your environmental impact," said Planon Group founder and CEO Pierre Guelen.
Guelen adds that by combining the experience of these organizations and making it extremely easy to implement the ready-to-use business processes, Planon is making this solution available to a much larger market.
The Accelerator allows organizations to reduce their operating expenses, prolong the lifespan of expensive assets and align long-term investments with organizational goals and strategy.
The Republic adds that the impact of other common high-tech tools such as broadband wireless service, internet data exchange, digital social networking, global-positioning systems and quick-response codes for smartphones had been overwhelmingly positive within the real estate industry.
