Sage Business Care Silver
The Silver plan provides the most economical option for receiving software assurance and technical support from our customer support center. You'll receive all the Bronze plan benefits, plus access for up to five (5) support cases annually. You'll also benefit from Remote Desktop Support, flexible payment options, and discounts on Sage Summit registration.
Sage Business Care Gold
The Gold plan is the best option for providing maximum coverage for your business. You'll receive all the Bronze and Silver plan benefits, plus an unlimited number of customer support cases annually, a 10% discount on Anytime Learning courses, the ability to purchase extended after-hours and weekend support, and greater discounts when you register for Sage Summit, the annual conference for Sage customers.
