Dial IT Pro

Dial IT is a highly efficient addon for Sage ACT! that manages your communication process with business partners. It allows to manage your work by a mouse click. All necessary tabs and icons are in one screen.

Dial IT enables you to:

• Manage calls
• Record histories.
• Plan future activities.
• Follow your To-Do list.
• Check the list and create an activity for unanswered calls.
• Check all the activities that have been planned by yourself or by your colleagues.
• Choose a number for dialing (even to secondary contacts) or call from the clipboard.
• Speed dial/Direct dialing are available.
• See who is calling you in a small pop up window and/or in the window of contact details.
• Save an unknown number to any contact or create a new contact.
• Record the notes and plan the future activities while talking to your business partner.
• Create reports about your histories.
