The ACT! Hosting Provider Program ("HPP") is an opportunity for qualified hosting providers to add Sage ACT!, the world's #1 selling contact and customer relationship manager, to their hosted offerings.

Eligibility Criteria

• Sage ACT! & Sage ACT! Sage Premium for Web certification required
• Current Certification fees apply
• For Certification Requirements, visit www.sageu.com/act/certifiedconsultant
• Pay HPP authorization fee of $2,000
• Annual Renewal fee of $2,000 due on authorization anniversary date
• Sign Sage ACT! Hosting Provider Program Agreement
• Provide Sage with five customer references, each with a minimum of six months of service (Sage ACT! or another hosted product)
• Reference form to be signed by Hosting Provider Program applicant and end-user
• Servers must be housed in a minimum Tier III Certified Data Center
• MCSE on staff or on contract
• For MCSE Verification - must provide Transcript ID and Shared Access Code available at the MCP Member Portal
• Microsoft SPLA program member
• Servers must meet minimum Sage ACT! System Requirements
• Provide Automated Backup Nightly
• Provide 1st level customer support to hosted users
• Service provider must have at least one commercially available service with a "Service Level Agreement" covering service availability and problem escalation procedures
