As a Sage Accountants Network member for Sage 100 ERP (formally MAS 90), you are eligible to receive the following support benefits:
Five support cases per year are included with the purchase and annual renewal of your Sage Accountants Network membership.
To reach us for support, you may contact us via these methods:
- Call toll-free 866-565-2726 and select the existing Sage Accountants Network member option. Then, choose the technical support option and make the selection for Sage 100 ERP support. Telephone support is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6 a.m - 5 p.m; Wednesdays from 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. (PST).
- To send a request for support via e-mail, log on to the support section of Sage Software Online and click on the Support Request link for your product line.
Note: You will need to have your Partner ID available when you access Customer Support. This number was included in your Sage 100 ERP welcome e-mail.
*Please note that support for Sage ERP 100 Advanced is available with the purchase of the software.
Sage Software Online
To register for Sage Software Online, you will need to have your Partner ID number, your Registration ID, and be a valid contact for your company.
Should you exceed 5 cases before the year is over, you can purchase additional incidents or upgrade your contract to suit your needs. Contact an Account Manager toll-free at 866-565-2726 for more information.
