Sage Accountants Network members for Sage 300 ERP (formerly ERP Accpac) may connect for technical support the following ways:

Five support cases per year are included with the purchase and annual renewal of your Sage Accountants Network membership.
Call toll-free 1-800-253-1372 and select the existing Sage Accountants Network member option. Then, choose the technical support option and make the selection for Sage 300 ERP support. Telephone support is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6 am - 5 pm; Wednesdays from 6 am - 4 pm (PST).
