How long is my data stored off-site?
Your data is stored for 120 days from the date of your last backup. You can order a CD of your backup during that period if you would like to keep a backup longer.
What kind of support does Sage provide?
Sage will provide support for issues with the setup, backup and restoration for Sage 50 or Sage Peachtree company data files only if processed through a currently supported Sage 50 or Sage Peachtree product interface.
Sage will also provide support for issues regarding the backup and restoration for all non-Sage data files backed up through the Sage 50 Online Backup agent, which is outside of the Sage 50 or Sage Peachtree Accounting application. However, Sage cannot troubleshoot problems with non-Sage files or applications after they have been restored through the Sage 50 Online Backup agent.
How do I get support for this service?
Support for the Sage 50 Online Backup service is provided under any of the Sage 50 Sage Business Care Plans.
I have a Multi-User version. Will this service backup data on all my users' PCs?
No, this service will only backup data on one PC. A separate plan is required for each additional PC.
