Please remember that all credit card orders are subject to approval before your shipment will be sent. You must allow a full three weeks for credit card orders and six weeks for cheque orders before tracking your delivery.
If your order is shipped via Purolator, Priority Post or Airborne we can track the status of your shipment and ensure that your shipment is located and received by you as quickly as possible. If you have a tracking issue, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-222-8985.
