What is your refund policy for upgraders?

Our products are backed by a no-risk guarantee.

For Sage 50 Accounting Upgrade purchases:
If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not 100% convinced that Sage 50 Accounting is the best accounting program for your business, we will refund your money (less any rebate you may have received from the purchase and any shipping and handling charges). Dated proof of purchase and return of product is required. In order to process a refund, customers are responsible for returning their product.

For Sage Business Care purchases:
If, within 30 days of initial plan purchase, you are not 100% convinced that Sage 50 Accounting is the best accounting program for your business, we will refund your money (less any rebate you may have received from the purchase and any shipping and handling charges). Sage Business Care is an automatically renewing plan and renewal terms must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged. In order to process a refund, customers are responsible for returning their product.

What is your refund policy for upgraders?

Please remit all applicable federal, provincial and state sales tax. Sales are subject to applicable sales tax in Canada and in every U.S. state (and Washington DC) with the exception of New Hampshire, Alaska, Oregon, Montana, and Delaware.

If you hold tax-exempt status, please contact our Sales department at 1-888-261-9610 to place your order. When you provide us with your Tax Exemption information (e.g. Certificate Number), we will set up your account and process your order without sales tax - no need to pay tax and then claim a refund.

Please note that Sage 50 Accounting is designed and intended for use in the United States and Canada, being available in English, French and Spanish. Support for the software is only available in English, French and Spanish. If you live in a country other than the United States or Canada, please be informed that your country may have different language, marketing and industry requirements, and different local government regulations that may impact your use of the software. Please be aware of such differences and potential software limitations in your country.

What should I enter as the billing address?

For credit card verification, you must enter the name and address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

What if my billing address and shipping address are different?

The order form will ask you if you would like the product shipped to the same address as your billing address. If you do not want the product shipped to same address as your billing address, please de-select the Bill to the same address check box and enter delivery information in the Shipping Address form.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express. You can safely enter your credit card information via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

When will my credit card be charged?

We don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way. We will not bill your card until your product(s) have actually shipped.

Can I order without a credit card?

What if my billing address and shipping address are different?

How do I get my tracking number?

You can easily retrieve your tracking number by viewing the details of your placed order. Use the Sage Customer Portal at https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/portal/anonymous/login, and log in. A list of your orders will be displayed, along with their current status. Select the the Order Number you want to check, and the order status will be displayed, along with the other order details.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

Use the Sage Customer Portal at https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/portal/anonymous/login, and log in. Select the Order Number you want to view, then select the Print Page option on the Order Detail screen displayed.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to our fulfillment service and can no longer be changed by our system. If your package is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.
