To activate Sage 50 Business Intelligence from within Sage 50 Accounting software
  1. Launch Sage 50 Accounting.
  2. Open the Reports menu.
  3. Navigate to Sage 50 Business Intelligence.
  4. Choose any function from the sub menu to launch Sage 50 Business Intelligence.
Setting up a Sage 50 Business Intelligence User
  • A Sage 50 Accounting system administrator (Sysadmin) can access Sage 50 Business Intelligence without any additional setup.
  • Other Sage 50 Accounting users need to be set up as a Sage 50 Business Intelligence user by the Sysadmin before they can access Sage 50 Business Intelligence. This is a security feature put in place to protect the privacy of your company file.
