Educational Partner Program Overview

Give your students practical, hands-on training with this exciting program. Registered educators will receive a complimentary copy of Sage 50 Premium Accounting—Education Version (formerly Simply Accounting) for their classroom. All software upgrades are no charge for teaching institution. Our support for educators doesn't stop at software, we support you with access to Sage University training and unlimited access to customer support.¹

You can join the Educational Partner Program if your institution:

Represents a secondary school,
college, university or vocational school OR a not-for-profit training institution or learning centre.
Plans to use Sage 50 solutions as part of the teaching, training, advising, staff development, and/or research activities within the school curriculum.

By providing Sage 50 for use in your classroom, we help you give your students the skills they need to succeed when they enter the workforce.

As a member of the Sage Educational Partner Program you will receive the following membership benefits:

A copy of a multi-user license of Sage 50 Premium Accounting 2013—Education Version (in either English or French) for use in the classroom.
Unlimited access to technical support for instructors only.¹
All updates and software upgrades released for the duration of your membership.²
Textbooks and other teaching materials for Sage 50 are available at a bulk order discount. Sage also offers printed and eBook curriculum to educators for multiple releases of software.
Online training with Anytime Learning through Sage University.
Provide your students with access to the Sage 50 Premium Accounting 2013—Student Version for doing homework.

Sage is committed to providing students with the necessary tools to be successful in the classroom—and in the workplace! We provide educational institutions with the Education Version of Sage 50 Premium Accounting, and we provide students with a corresponding Student Version of Sage 50 Premium Accounting at no charge to help them to study and complete homework assignments outside of the classroom.

Sage 50 Premium Accounting—Student Version is a no charge download that expires after 14 months of use. Please provide your students with the download link to access this product.

Note: Sage 50 Premium Accounting—Student Version is only valid for 14 months from the date of registration. Data from other Sage 50 Accounting products can not be opened with this download.³ The Student Version provided here for download is for educational purposes only.

Students are advised to contact their instructors for assistance with Sage 50 Premium Accounting.

Customer support specialists reserve the right to limit support calls to one hour or one incident.
Institutions that register in our program are automatically eligible to receive an upgrade to the next version of Sage 50 Accounting. If you are currently registered with us and have not received your software upgrade for this year, please send an e-mail to SageEducation@sage.com
Important Information about Sage 50 Accounting—Student Version: The Sage 50 Accounting—Student Version is accessible for 14 months after installation. Any data created in the Sage 50 Premium Accounting student version can be transferred to the retail versions of either Sage 50 Premium Accounting (with or without payroll services) or Sage 50 Pro Accounting. Users will not be able to convert or transfer data from a previous version of Sage Simply Premium Accounting (either retail or student). Students do not have access to technical support. Any problems they have with the software must be reported to their instructor.
