We've been using the Sage 50 Quantum Accounting for 6 years now, it’s a great program, easy to use and understand. I was thrown into the accounting department because of company restructuring and was able to quickly learn to process the department because the software is very user-friendly program.

The Sage 50 Quantum Accounting software easily generates reports so I can quickly see which accounts are outstanding and makes collections a breeze, and thus cash flow is never a problem. I spend a lot of time doing AR, so with the Receivables functionality in Sage 50 Quantum Accounting, it saves me a huge amount of time in processing the receivables. You don't have to type in information every time, it’s a huge time saver for us. There are five of use in our office who use the product; we all use features that saves us a great deal of time.

Sage 50 Quantum Accounting offers so much that I can quickly get through my daily accounting and look at better ways to save the company money. Furthermore, when meeting with my banker I am 100% confident in my numbers as Sage 50 Quantum Accounting has proven time and again to be accurate and speedy.

Sage 50 Quantum Accounting has helped me a great deal in all areas of our accounting practice. With the Accounts Receivable functionality, I can quickly build general quotes, sales orders, invoices, receipts and manage customers. It saves me so much time.

In the Accounts Payable area, I am able to easily create sales orders and invoices. It gives you the choice to pay vendor invoices, credit bills and make miscellaneous payments–that's just so helpful, not only is it fast and easy to do, you don't have to be an accountant to use it.

The Inventory area has many standout features that make management easy, especially for businesses with large inventories like ours. You can quickly search for and find inventoried items by item number or stock keeping unit (SKU) number. This saves a lot of time. You can also quickly create assemblies or grouped items, and remove items from inventory without having to clear the tracking history, that's very important. There are features that help save a lot of time, for example, you can quickly delete items listed in inventory that have zero quantity in one step. That's so helpful.

Sage 50 Quantum Accounting is great accounting software, and the 2013 version is even better, with enhancements to the banking section and reporting options.

And if you happen to want to learn how to do something, Sage 50 has an excellent Help Section. Not only does the Help section cover every topic, it has a great search tool to find subjects fast and easy. Sage 50 also has a Learning Center that provides all kinds of very helpful instructional videos.

The Sage 50 Quantum Accounting product is incredibly flexible, just some of the many features at your disposal… the ability to have Cash or Accrual based accounting; it has a flexible chart of account design, multiple chart of accounts, inter-company accounting, single-step real time data entry, G/L audit trail. It also has dozens of reports, and gives you the ability to export all reports to Word or Excel and Full consolidation and investor pro rata reporting for financials. We really love it.

It's so easy to use: It's quick and easy to find an invoice and then either paying by cheque or cash, now or at a later date…

With AR, it's fast to send an invoice by email. We've gone green, and have let customers know that we'll be sending invoices by this method. We got a great response and now we save on things like stamps, paper, ink, envelopes.

We used to pay through the bank EFTs, however, I recently learned about the EFT function in Sage 50 Quantum Accounting; we changed to that so now we're able to save more time and money.

With the Inventory Management functionality, we'll be able to save more time as we have a requisition slip that needs to match our invoicing but with Sage 50 Quantum Accounting we'll only have to do this just once and it will record purchases, inventory and payment in one simple, fast process.
