Do you need to change your company name or address? Do you need to request a license transfer?
If you need to make a change to your Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Sage 300 Trade Specialty or Sage Estimating End User License Agreement, such as a company name change or transfer of license, you may submit the following form for our consideration.
Please note that Sage Software End User License Agreements are non-transferable and may not be transferred without Sage’s prior written consent and Sage Software reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any license transfer request.
The completed form may be faxed to 503-946-3186. If you have a question regarding your request, please email the Sage order processing team. Name change and transfer requests may require up to 10 business days for processing once the form is completed and returned to Sage.
