Is there a way I could have someone help me with the PCI-DSS/SAQ?

Yes. Trustwave has a service (as do most QSA's) that will provide a dedicated person to walk you through the PCI-DSS. The service is called Compliance Validation Service (CVS). To set a scoping call with a Compliance Expert at Trustwave, please send your request including the type of system you are running and a date and time when you are available for an appointment.

How can I provide feedback about my QSA/ASV (positive or negative)?

p>Merchants or service providers are encouraged to submit feedback about their QSA/ASV through the feedback form available on our website at https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/tech/supporting_documents.htm. QSAs and ASVs are contractually obligated to provide feedback forms to all of their clients upon completion of services. These completed forms should be submitted directly to the Council at qsa@pcisecuritystandards.org or asv@pcisecuritystandards.org. The PCI Security Standards Council will consider all feedback regarding QSAs/ASVs and will address issues as needed on an individual basis.
