With two annual Billing Assurance Plans designed with the most frequently requested service options to choose from, you get peace of mind knowing your system and business can continue to grow and prosper into the future.


Billing Assurance Premium: 

The total support solution if you rely on Sage Timeslips to help you run your business. The plan includes unlimited access1 to our most tenured reps, online training classes, installation and upgrade assistance, Sage Timeslips Tutor, and more.


Billing Assurance Essential: 

The basic plan that is essential for every Sage Timeslips customer. This plan includes unlimited support and access to our online training workshops to ensure your organization has the resources needed to maximize your investment in Sage Timeslips.


Warranty Support

For new customers that purchase a new product, Sage provides 30 days of warranty support1. To receive warranty support, just register your product. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact support.

Additional support options are available after warranty support expires.

On-Demand Telephone Support

Customer support is also available on an as-needed basis by phone. There is a flat rate of $100 per incident which we will bill directly to a credit card you provide at the time of service

1 Customer Support representatives have the right to limit calls to one hour or one incident.

2 Not all data can be repaired. Data Repair Specialists reserve the right to determine whether the issue can be resolved using internal tools and processes. In some cases, you may be referred to a third party, which could result in additional fees. The Data Repair Service requires that a complete backup of your data be sent to Sage. Limit of one Data Repair per plan year.
