Obsolescence Policy
The Sage Obsolescence Policy is to support the current Sage Timeslips release and, in most cases, two prior releases of a product. Product support includes live customer support and compatibility with other add-on products or services offered, including connectivity with Sage Timeslips eCenter. Sage will support an obsolete product until a customer's support plan for that product expires.
Timeslips 2010 is not supported as of 10/31/2012. Any support plans purchased by customers on the Timeslips 2010 product before 10/31/2012 will be supported until they expire. Timeslips 2010 will no longer be supported on 10/31/2012.
If you are using an obsolete version of Timeslips, we urge you to upgrade to the most current release in order to be eligible for customer support, upgrade pricing, and to be compliant with new operating environments.

Sage Timeslips Remote is not available for purchase as of May 1, 2011. Customers looking for remote access to Sage Timeslips are encouraged to review the features available within Sage Timeslips eCenter. Sage Timeslips Remote will be compatible with Sage Timeslips 2012 but will not be compatible with later versions of Sage Timeslips.
