Product Registration

If you purchased Sage Timeslips on February 25, 2011 or later:
  • You are already Registered!
  • Install your product.
  • Enter your Serial Number and Activation Key in the product start-up screen. This information is located in the Sage Download Notification Email you received after your order was processed.

Additional Online Resources at the Sage Customer Portal

The Sage Customer Portal will be your new online resource to access the Sage Knowledgebase, get software updates, use Live Chat, submit a support case and more.

Log in to the Sage Customer Portal here .
First-time users will need to register from the portal homepage.


If you purchased Sage Timeslips from Sage prior to February 25, 2011:
  • Log in to the Sage Customer Portal here .
    First-time users will need to register from the portal homepage.(Internet Explorer 7 or higher is recommended).
  • A login screen will open in a new browser window. Click the link on the right hand side of the screen that says 'Sign-up for a Portal Account ' You will need the following information to register:
    a. Company / Individual Name
    b. Contact information
  • Once you are logged in to the Sage Customer Portal, click the Register Now button in the Product Registration box on the right-hand side of the portal homepage.
  • The Sage Service and Support window will open. Click on the Product Registration tab at the top.
  • Enter the following information:
    a. Product Family
    - Select Sage Timeslips
    b. Company Name - Confirm your Company Name
    c. Serial Number - Enter the Serial Number of your software from an email from Sage.
  • After you register your product, you will receive the information you need to enable your software.
  • Call 800-804-7351 if you need further assistance
