Sage Customer Portal Tips and Tricks
Please review the following information to register on the customer portal and download the update.
Where to find your customer number / account ID?
The new Sage account ID consists of 10 digits and starts with 400. If you do not know your ID, it can be located in previous Sage Customer Portal Communication emails that you have received, Sage Business Plan Renewal notices, and other Sage Marketing emails. If you still cannot locate your customer number you can always call 800-368-2405 (Fixed Assets Customer Service), or send an email to fixedassets@sage.com or fixedassetssupport@sage.com.

How do I register for a portal account?
- Visit the Sage Customer Portal
- On the login screen click the "Sign up for a Portal Account" link.
- Choose the "I am an existing Sage Customer" option. This will provide you access to your account record with Sage, which will include your registered products.
- Follow the on-screen wizard instructions to complete the registration process. You will need to provide the following information: A contact person, your new customer number / account ID, contact’s phone number, email, and address.
How can I download the Sage Fixed Assets update?
All download files are available on the Sage Customer Portal . In order to access the customer portal and downloads you will need to be a registered user with an active support plan.

How can I find my product serial # and activation code?
You can obtain your product serial number and activation code(s) by accessing the customer portal https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com. Once logged on please click “Products” and select “Details”
