Coming soon: Your new Sage Knowledge Gateway
We’re excited to announce that we’ll soon launch our brand-new Support knowledge base. During the month of August, Sage DacEasy will have access to our improved knowledge base that provides improved search and filtering to help you access the information and articles you need more easily. You’ll be able to browse support content by product, version, and more. In addition, with a single search, you can access product documentation and other resources to help you get the most out of your Sage products.
Available 24/7, our new self-service knowledge base will let you access solutions to common problems whenever you need them, which is ideal when you have product questions outside of normal business hours. You can also use the knowledge base to access additional support features, such as:
- Tax update links.
- Support resources, including featured and most popular knowledge base articles, which you can also share by email or social media.
- Article ratings as created by you, our customers.
This new system will expand to include other Sage products later this year.
