Sage Business Care plans maximize your investment in Sage DacEasy by giving you access to technical expertise, version upgrades, product enhancements, and service pack updates,* along with online training courses. With three levels of annual plans—plus the option of payroll tax updates—designed with the most frequently requested service options, you get peace of mind knowing your system and business can continue to grow and prosper into the future.

All customers should have a Sage Business Care plan in place to keep their Sage DacEasy software current with all available upgrades and enhancements. Sage Business Care plans automatically renew1 to provide outstanding software assurance.

Sage Business Care Gold Plan
Our most comprehensive plan available is the Gold plan, which provides software version upgrades and regular service pack updates to increase the functionality of your original Sage DacEasy investment. In addition, the Gold plan offers unlimited access2 to toll-free phone support, a 15% discount on additional products, as well as unlimited access to Tech Tuesday and Business-Building Sage Business Care Workshops.

Sage Business Care Silver Plan
In addition to software upgrades and service pack updates, you’ll also get five support calls and access to five Tech Tuesday or Business-Building sessions with the Silver plan.

Sage Business Care Bronze Plan
The Bronze plan keeps your software up to date with the latest version upgrades and service pack updates, you can be confident knowing your solution is operating at peak performance with data reliability and security.

Payroll Tax Update Service
For customers using Sage DacEasy Payroll, the Sage DacEasy Payroll Tax Update Service provides payroll tax updates and necessary supporting files for U.S. customers so you can handle payroll in-house and ensure your payroll system is in compliance.

  • Sage Business Care Workshops (up to five sessions with the Silver plan;3 unlimited access with the Gold plan).* Keep up with the latest technology and services Sage has to offer through online learning courses.
  • Tech Tuesday Workshops. You’ll meet and interact with speakers, consultants, and product experts who can help you get the information you need to get the most out of your Sage DacEasy software.
  • Business-Building Workshops. Attend these webcasts designed to provide insight into various areas of interest across your business, such as successful business tactics during an economic slump, how to maximize the value of your technology investment, and specific functional topics like hiring top-level talent and implementing and administering a performance management system.
  • Support Calls (up to five telephone calls with Silver plan;3 unlimited with Gold plan). Whether you have a question, wonder if your Sage DacEasy system can help you with a prospective business opportunity, or need help with an error code, our technical support team can answer your questions.

*Sage Business Care is not required to receive Service Pack Updates that include critical fixes for supported Sage DacEasy products.

1 To ensure continuous service, your Sage Business Care plan is an automatically renewing plan and subsequent years will be automatically billed to the same credit card each year on the anniversary date of your purchase at the then current rate after notifying you 30 days in advance of your anniversary date. Renewal is not required for continuous access to product updates for supported versions. You may terminate the plan with at least seven calendar days notice prior to your renewal date and not be charged for the renewal. Upon initial enrollment, first-time Sage DacEasy customers may cancel their Sage Business Care plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any rebates received. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

3 For the Silver Plan, a total of five support calls, and a combination of up to five Tech Tuesday and/or Business-Building Sage Business Care Workshops, may be used each year.
