Does Sage DacEasy 2013 work with Windows 7®
Yes, Sage DacEasy 2013 works with Windows 7® 64-bit and 32-bit and many other common applications. Please review the System Requirements for more details.

Does Sage DacEasy 2013 convert the data from previous releases of the Job Cost module?
The Sage DacEasy 2013 Job Cost module includes a data conversion process that will convert all of your job cost data generated using the Sage DacEasy 2010 Job Cost module as well as data from the Sage DacEasy Job Cost module. If you are using a Job Cost module from a version prior to Sage DacEasy, please contact our Technical Support department at 800-883-3947 for more details concerning data conversion.

Note: Entries from Simplified Job and Project Tracking in Sage DacEasy 2010/v16 will convert for use with Simplified Job and Project Tracking in Sage DacEasy 2013, but are not usable with the Job Cost Module in Sage DacEasy 2013.

When I install Sage DacEasy 2013, can I reprint the payroll tax reports for quarters closed while using Sage DacEasy v15 and earlier?
No, the reprint quarterly payroll reports feature is limited to quarterly payroll tax reports that were printed with Sage DacEasy v16 and later. Sage DacEasy 2013 can only reprint quarterly payroll tax reports generated in Sage DacEasy v16, Sage DacEasy 2010, Sage DacEasy 2011, Sage DacEasy 2011.5 and Sage DacEasy 2013.

My organization uses multiple Sage DacEasy modules from a previous version. Can I upgrade just one or only a few of these modules to Sage DacEasy 2013?
No, Sage DacEasy requires that all modules running in your environment be the same version. Attempting to run Sage DacEasy modules from different versions in the same environment will result in unexpected results and may even result in data loss. You must upgrade all Sage DacEasy modules to take advantage of the new features included in Sage DacEasy 2013.

Sage DacEasy 2013 includes credit card and debit card processing in Order Entry, and Point of Sale. Can I use my existing merchant account with these modules to process credit cards and debit cards?
To process credit cards and debit cards with Sage DacEasy 2013 Accounting, Order Entry and Point of Sale, you are required to have a merchant account for Sage Payment Solutions but it is not necessary to change your bank account. Please contact your Sage DacEasy Sales representative at 1-800-Sage DacEasy for additional details on processing credit cards with Sage Exchange.
